We are always looking for hard working, dedicated college age people with a passion for serving Christ in all areas of the camp; wranglers, life guards, kitchen staff, maintenance and clerical help. We do accept high school age applicants as well who have outstanding references and a strong desire to serve. Our summer staff members have a lot of fun but they also work hard; we don't try to hide that, nor do we apologize for it. They get tired, dirty, wet and usually get snowed on a time or two to boot! But the rewards of being "Christ in the flesh" to our 2,200+ summer guests make it all worth it. Plus the countless experiences and memories made over the summer make for strong and lasting relationships that are built up within the staff.
Quaker Ridge Intern Program
Do you feel that you are being called into a full time Christian Camping Ministry but want to "test the waters" first? Or maybe you're simply looking for more of a long term commitment than just a summer job. We can help you there too! We offer an inter program with various options to suit your needs. Part time employment with Quaker Ridge as an intern offers a paycheck, free housing and meals with the guest groups while giving you a chance to explore your specific calling, exercise your gifts and skills in a ministry, attend one of the local colleges, or just take some time off to see where God is leading you.
