SUMMER

Swimming Pool: Take a refreshing dip in our heated outdoor pool.

Horseback Riding: Ride the same mountain trails that were home to Mountain Man, prospector and Indian alike.

Air Rifle Range: Learn the basic riflery skills necessary for gun safety and marksmanship.

Archery Range: Use our bows and arrows to practice the techniques used by the Ute Indians to hunt game in the mountains around us.

Basketball: There's always someone ready for a quick game on our well lit outdoor court.

Volleyball: We're miles from any sandy beach, but you can spike and serve to your hearts content.

Soccer: Our recreational field has plenty of room for a game of soccer, baseball, football, field hockey, or whatever you want.

Disc Golf: Our 9-hole, par 27 "Bear Trap" course through the forest will challenge you.

Hiking: If you like to hike in the mountains we have miles and miles of scenic trails with spectacular views. Or climb 10,000 foot high Soldier Mountain right behind the camp. You can also bring your mountain bike and challenge the same trails.

Hayrides: Always a camp favorite for young and old alike.

Horse Shoes: Our regulation pits offer you a chance at a favorite sport of the past.

Campfires: It wouldn't be camp without a bonfire sing along and story session.

Low Ropes Course: A great team and personal confidence building exercise.

Mud Pit: Tug o' War and relay races take on a whole new dimension!

WINTER

Tubing: When the snow flies just dress warm and hit the hills.

Broom Ball: Frozen winter fun on our pond.

OFF SITE ACTIVITIES

White Water Rafting: We can arrange for your group to ride the rapids of the Arkansas River with Noah's Ark rafting and adventure company in Buena Vista.

Rappelling: We can arrange for your group to try their hand at rock climbing and rappelling at a sight just up the road from us.

Trout Fishing: At Rainbow Falls trout farm, also just up the road.

Play Tourist: Central Colorado is loaded with so much stuff to do that we couldn't possibly list it all here. Some of our guest favorites are a visit to the "Cave of the Winds" in Manitou Springs for some spelunking, or a day trip to the top of Pike's Peak via the cog railroad, or a sight seeing adventure to the Air Force Academy, Focus on the Family and the Professional Rodeo Hall of Fame in Colorado Springs.
