Summer Camp Rental Rates – 2012
6 Day Camp Package - includes 5 nights and 14 meals
$48,825.00 – flat fee for up to 225 people
- A signed contract and a 10% non-refundable deposit of $4,882.00 is required to reserve a 6-day week of summer camp.
- Additional guests over the minimum of 225 will be charged at $217.00 per person. Children 3 years and under stay free with camp staff parents. Children 4 – 8 years of age are ½ price with camp staff parents
- Advance/Set Up teams may arrive early at no additional charge. No meal service will be provided.
7 day Camp Package – includes 6 nights and 17 meals
$53,775.00 – flat fee for up to 225 people
- A signed contract and a 10% non-refundable deposit of $5,377.00 is required to reserve a 7-day week of summer camp.
- Additional guests over the minimum of 225 will be charged at $239.00 per person. Children 3 years and under stay free with camp staff parents. Children 4 – 8 years are ½ price with camp staff parents
- Advance/Set Up teams may arrive early at no additional charge. No meal service will be provided.
Horseback Riding and Low & High Ropes Courses
- QRC campers - no additional charge
- General public - $25.00 per hour / per person
Extra Meals - $7.50 per meal / per person
Those groups wishing to bring more than our stated maximum guest number capacity of 300 will be responsible for providing housing (generally in the form of tents, cots, etc.), additional restroom facilities (port-o-lets), and other basic needs for the overflow. It will also be necessary for these groups to provide a larger meeting space by way of renting a large meeting tent, industrial generators for electricity, etc.
