Many folks like to sneer at what they call "camp food". Our American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef, Melody Money, has a favorite saying, "It doesn't have to be 'camp food'!" And this philosophy shows in the quality of the food she serves our guests. No flash frozen, pre-cooked, heat 'n' serve mystery meals here. Melody's dishes are hand made from only the freshest and best ingredients available. Melody's passion for cooking shows in every meal we serve.
