Happy Easter – The tomb is empty, He is risen indeed!
Clark Lodge: the county officials are in the final phases of reviewing the new plans and “commenting”. Our architect and engineer are working with them on the changes they require. Mostly minor detail discrepancies. We had scheduled receiving the permit and beginning construction for the first of April, but it’s not going to happen and so we're hoping for mid-April at this point. Please continue to pray with us for a smooth permitting and construction process.
QRC praise report: the Milton’s finally sold their house in Vero Beach, Florida. Their realtor called them on Monday the 22nd with an offer, the contract was signed and official on Wednesday the 24th and the deal closed on Friday the 26th. How’s that for a speedy sale? This is a huge burden off the Milton’s mind and we are all overjoyed at the blessing. The family is settled in and now consider Colorado home.
We have also hired a full time maintenance assistant, Joshua Kraemer. Josh is 23 and is from the Woodland Park area. He will live in the guy’s summer staff mobile home while working here and share it with the summer staff once they arrive. He has been with us for 2 weeks now and so far is doing a good job.
We are looking forward to a blessed time with the YM men early in April!
